Q- What is the best way to care for my soy candle and ensure longevity of burning time?
  • When lighting your Illuminated Soul Candle for the first time, do not extinguish the candle until the wax melts across entire surface to the sides of glassware (this will help prevent tunnelling and creates an even burn for the duration of the candle’s ‘life’) This can take anywhere from 2-4 hours.
  • Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn. This will promote an even burn, steady flame and will help limit soot and mushrooming of the wick.
  • If soot forms on the inside of your glassware, simply turn out your candle and wait for it to cool. Then wipe with a clean damp cloth or paper towel. Trim the wick and relight.
  • Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and all debris.
  • Always turn out your Candle with a snuffer, or dip the wick into melted wax.  Never blow out the flame.
  • If you have purchased a crystal candle, the crystal may be removed by using a fork to help lift it out, it will be warm/hot so please be careful, just simply wipe the wax off your crystal and feel the energy it has to offer you.
  • You can wash your glassware to use as you please.
  • Never leave your soy candle in direct sun
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Never leave a candle burning for more than 4 hours
Q- Once ordered how long until order is dispatched?
A – You will receive an email once we receive your order with an dispatch date, generally its a 2 day turn around.
Q- Why can the wax appear to be pulling away from glass or not one solid colour?
A – Frosting is a perfectly natural effect of using soy wax and is unique to vegetable waxes. It is the natural wax re crystallising and trying to return to its natural state. All soy waxes frost and is a sign that you have a 100% natural soy wax. Some soys have additives to stop this frosting however if you want a 100% natural product then expect frosting.
Q- How do i get my crystal out?
A – warning- the wax or glass could be very HOT so do so with caution, but simply use a spoon or fork to take your crystal out, wipe it over with a cloth or paper towel and hay presto ! Your stunning crystal charged with energy is now in your hands.

A- Unfortunately your time starts at the scheduled start time. Please ensure you are on time.
