Crystals

Crystals have been used by shaman and medicine people around the world for thousands of years. Crystals are natural solids made from minerals formed in earths surface. Crystals work through the chakras, their unique vibrations influence our energetic system and can switch up our vibrations to assist in healing and balancing on a mental, physical and emotional level. When you first receive a crystal its recommended that you cleanse the energy that it carries, as crystals are absorbers of energy. So here are a few ways you can clear away any energy its picked up that’s negative on its way to you.

  • You can leave your crystals out in the moon light; this works especially well in the energy of a full or new moon.
  • Burning incense or one of my cleansing candles with the intent to clear the energy
  • Spraying my aura and space cleansing spray with the intent to clear the energy
  • Sound can clear energy. You can use a singing bowl, Tibetan bells, a drum or even say a chant
  • Visualisation and prayer

Now that you have cleansed your crystals its time to program it with an intention. What is the purpose of this crystal? Is it to bring joy? abundance? clarity? peace? love? Hold it in your hands and focus your mind on your specific intention, sit there quickly imaging this for a few minutes at least. This process can be repeated as long as you feel guided to.

AMAZONITE

Aids creative expression. Soothes and calms the physical body while aligning to the etheric body. Heals deeply the heart and communication centers.

AMETHYST

This powerful stone enhances and ignites your intuition and psychic ability. Great for meditation, this stone also calms or stimulates- whatever appropriate.

APOPHYLLITE POINT

This amazing crystal is prefect for spiritual connection, connecting with the higher vibrational Angels and Ascended Masters.

It is also wonderful for rejuvenating the body, assisting in meditation, astral travel and clairvoyance.

FUSHITE

The stone of health, fuchsite is a great amplifier of other crystals it allowing you to bounce back emotionally or physically after issues. Great for healers or any healing alike also teaching us self-worth.

BLACK TOURMALINE

Grounding and protecting Tourmaline cleanses, purifies and transforms dense energy into a lighter vibration, its likened to providing a protective shield around the body. Helping you to understand yourself and remove any associated fear holding you back.

BLUE QUARTZ

Brings spiritual understanding and clarity, inspiring hope. Encourages you to reach out and remove fear. Also helps with order, expression, creativity and communication.

CITRINE

The most powerful cleanser and regenerator. Citrine is the stone of abundance dynamically teaching us how to manifest all that is great and includes wealth, success and prosperity. Bringing a happy and positive stone you will soon exude these by holding near your citrine crystal.

CLEAR QUARTZ

Clear Quartz connects to the higher self, removes negativity and allows access to your spirit guides and Angels. It works on all areas of the mind and body, awakening, amplifying and transmitting energy and clarifying all thought processes. It is an excellent stone for meditation, directing energies with more intensity and clarity of a higher vibration.

GREEN AVENTURINE

The stone of prosperity, allowing you to tap into all that you desire while dispelling negative emotions and restoring control.

HEMATITE

Not only does this stone ground and protect it balances and harmonizes body and soul. Boosts self-esteem removes self-limitations, helps with any over indulgence, allows you to understand accept and move forward.

RAINBOW FLUORITE

Grounds excess energy. A great stone for enhancing concentration and aiding meditation. Helps to understand, aids in all things spiritual, understanding your purpose and strengthening your spiritual development. Is a great amplifier and provides a great psychic shield.

RED CARNELIAN

Stone of high energy, stimulation, concentration. Success and forward movement. This stone also helps to protect against envy, rage and resentment be it yours or others.

ROSE QUARTZ

The stone of unconditional love and infinite peace. Purifies, heals, balance and restores the heart at any level. Creating loving energy to flow in and around any situation you intent.

TIGERS EYE

This is a great stone for your solar plexus, it is a “go for it” stone allowing you to feel better and giving you a boost of courage. It’s a great stone for proving clarity and wisdom assisting your intuition and sharpening your mind.
